This tailored academy was curated to cultivate refined habits that foster self-awareness, effective communication, and leadership development for employees who are on FIRE.
During the kickoff meeting, Jonathan Jones, CEO encouraged participants to “Contemplate your WHY and actively strive to unveil it. If I had a magical wand, my wish would be for each of us to reflect on our WHY and pursue it daily. In my career, when I focus on the ‘why’ vs. the ‘what,’ I experience greater joy and success. In the pursuit of our WHY individuals and organizations truly flourish.”

Jones Leadership Academy (JLA) was founded in 2012 as an experiential talent development program exclusive for Jones employees who are ON FIRE! Each session is carefully curated exclusively for Jones and focuses on leadership development, team building, and problem-solving. Today, there are over 148 JLA alumni!
