New South Access and Environmental Solutions confirmed a partnership agreement with Trans4Fed, a minority-owned licensed general contractor and service provider. Owned by a Service Disabled American Veteran, Trans4Fed will provide New South with freight, rental of mats and equipment as well as other logistical needs. This partnership renders New South the diversity required by various businesses and contracts.

Trans4Fed’s CEO, Larry Harrington, is a U.S. Army veteran and retired Major General. With a background that includes work in both the public and private sectors, he has spent over 30 years managing international and domestic multi-million dollar construction projects in the United States, Europe, Asia, the Middle East, North Africa, and South and Central America.
