With more than 500 employees, Jones is an award recipient in the mega-large category. The awards luncheon was held on Thursday, June 22 in Jackson, MS. Best Places to Work winners are determined exclusively on the basis of their employees’ responses to a survey conducted by Southern Research Group. Questions asked in the survey gauge employee satisfaction and engagement. Qualifying companies are grouped by size and ranked to determine the most employee-friendly workplaces in the state.
