Robyn Maxwell-McVicker
Robyn Maxwell-McVicker is the President of Jones/NCTI™ and is responsible for implementing the strategic goals and objectives of the company. Robyn has worked successfully with multinational firms, spanning business functional units in the U.S., Europe and Asia to implement new IT processes and strategies. Her communication skills have been honed by working with all levels of employees, from customer-facing to C-level executives.
Robyn possesses over 20 years of work management experience in various business sectors. She started her career at Martin Marietta in the Titan IV Program Management Office supporting the Logistics and Business Contracts organizations, where she managed the deliverables of both organizations for each launch vehicle deployment. She moved into the Information Technology sector when she began working for Digital Equipment Corporation managing technical operations for the western half of the United States.
Later in her career, Robyn moved into the Telecommunications sector working for AT&T Broadband managing telephony billing operations. New systems and processes rolled out by Robyn and her team created a competitive advantage for AT&T Broadband.
Upon the acquisition of AT&T Broadband by Comcast Corporation, Robyn voluntarily left the new company to pursue outside activities and provide consulting services for various clients. It was during this time that she started a business enterprise providing data backup services to small and medium businesses.
Robyn’s varying skills provide her with the ability to be flexible and agile in today’s ever-changing corporate environment. Her extensive background in process development, software lifecycle management and enterprise operations provide her a well rounded tool bag from which to lead Jones/NCTI.
Robyn has a Bachelor’s degree in International Business, a Minor in Computer Information Systems, an additional Minor in Communications and is PMP certified.
